November 2019 Do what we say we will do Emma has been working on designing a new web-page that will go live in January after requests to modernise it from our user survey   No delays, every day We are getting a high number of literature searches coming in and are turning them around within the requested time We listen, we learn, we lead Hannah and Raymond have just began teaching sessions at The Hive for nursing students enhancement days working with The University of Worcester Work together, celebrate together The library service is offering to write Santa letters and to donate any voluntary contribution to charity. So far we have received over 100 requests and will be sending out letters soon

October 2019 Do what we say we will do We have prompted our spooky fiction section for Halloween and offered sweets and treats to our users.   No delays, every day We have worked with the 4ward team and read poems to staff at the happy Cafes across sites. We listen, we learn, we lead Our Outreach team, Raymond and Hannah, have engaged with clinical staff, and delivering personalised Evidence-seeking and Academic Skills training sessions- one to one and in groups. Work together, celebrate together Health Education England came to assess the Library & Knowledge Services and were pleased with how well integrated in the Trust we are.
