August 2019 Do what we say we will do Have recently processed and distributed over 70 smartcards for the new F1s, F2s and GPSTs.   The remainder to be processed within the next month. We will be attending every new staff Trust induction starting September to promote our services to as wide a number of clinical and non-clinical staff as possible.   No delays, every day Working with housekeeping and arranged for spare hand towels to be left so that toilets can be replenished throughout the day when the centre is busy. We listen, we learn, we lead We have recently undertaken our bi-annual user survey with some interesting feedback from users, more of which to follow in the coming weeks. Work together, celebrate together The library team are working towards the opening of the inaugural Happy Cafés commencing in October.  

June 2019 Do what we say we will do We finally had our photocopiers installed across all three site   No delays, every day During a ‘Take Heart’ patient event not enough saucers had been delivered. Sharon attempted to get through to the catering dept but there was no answer so she went down and collected the saucers in person to prevent the course from being delayed.
